Our Love story!
Brian and I met my freshman year at Morehead State University. We were good friends, dated, did the long distance thing, and ended up in Cincinnati.

How did he propose?
Brian was in contact with one of my best friends, Ayna, (a photographer) without my knowledge. Ayna and I planned a hiking trip and I ended up asking her if it was okay if Brian and our dog Riley came along. She said of course and that her husband was wanting to come too (this was of course all part of the plan- I just didn’t know…!) Brian proposed on top of Raven Rock and Ayna got some good pictures. There was snow all around, the dog was there, and Saifu (Ayna’s husband) brought champagne! It was perfect!

What elements were most important for your wedding day to you?
That our friends and family were there to celebrate with us, our catholic faith, and making some lovely memories.

What advice would you give other couples?
My advice would be to really take in the day and try to appreciate everything- people tell you it goes fast, but it really goes FAST!
